Deuteronomy 28-29
If you just read these chapters in a vacuum, you might think that the Lord is pretty harsh. But when you consider the holiness of God and the fact that we should all be dead because of our sin, He is gracious to make a covenant with us.
Heavenly Father, I praise you because you are holy. Lord, you are so kind to make a covenant of blessing. It is only by your grace that I can experience your blessing. Thank you, Lord. I love you. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
