final exams

It is amazing how God gives you the words you need!  Through the action of the Holy Spirit, He speaks to my heart with precisely the message of encouragment I needed this morning!  I have a final exam this afternoon (very intimidating), and a final exam tomorrow morning (likely to be very challenging).  God spoke through several Scriptures:

Proverbs 14:26-27
26 He who fears the LORD has a secure fortress,
and for his children it will be a refuge.
27 The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life,
turning a man from the snares of death.

John 7:37-39
37On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. 38Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him." 39By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive.

Jude 1:20-25
20But you, dear friends, build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit. 21Keep yourselves in God's love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.  ... 24To him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— 25to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen.

Revelation 1:8
8"I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty."

Prayer
(Revelation 1:4-6)
Grace and peace to you from him who is, and who was, and who is to come, and from the seven spirits before his throne, 5and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth.

To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood, 6and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father—to him be glory and power for ever and ever! Amen.
