Justification and Baptism

Genesis 5, Genesis 6, Genesis 7
Genesis 5:23 Enoch lived 365 years, 24 walking in close fellowship with God. Then one day he disappeared, because God took him.

Genesis 6:9 ... Noah was a righteous man, the only blameless person living on earth at the time, and he walked in close fellowship with God.
I want to be a man that walks with God.
Genesis 7:13 That very day Noah had gone into the boat with his wife and his sons ... Then the Lord closed the door behind them.
Salvation belongs to the LORD!!! What a great picture of justification - PURE GRACE! Another illustration of how salvation comes through faith in the LORD! Interestingly enough, it is also another illustration that baptism comes after justification - hmmm.... Baptism cuts us off from the wickedness of the world.

(This is also another interesting case study for open or closed election.)

Prayer
Heavenly Father, you are so gracious! I am in awe of your salvation! You are my salvation. Thank you, Jesus, for my salvation!
